Upon making a reservation with CES, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in their entirety, binding yourself to their provisions.

  1. Reservation Agreement

When booking directly with CES or through our partner platforms where we act as property owner and host, you enter into an agreement with us as a guest. This grants you the license to occupy our property for the specified dates. Violation of any term outlined herein grants us the right to terminate your reservation. Additionally, we reserve the right to pursue claims via the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) or register your information on exclusion lists, barring future accommodations with us.
