Who's behind Tilda & Cacao Tilda & Cacao co-founder Sarah has built a successful career as a pastry chef and chocolatier for more than 14 years. Sarah enjoys sharing her passion and creativity... for chocolate, inspiring others along the way through her teaching experience. Sarah and her partner, Tilda & Cacao co-founder Erik, live in Gerringong, NSW, with their daughter, Rosie. Erik is passionate about creating positive change for the next generation, beginning with his daughter, Rosie. Erik brings many years of data-driven marketing experience alongside his entrepreneurial drive and desire to educate his daughter on the importance of understanding how our decisions impact the world around us.

Tea Journeys was founded by Australian adventurer Mark Thirlwall, who first traveled to China in 2001 as a tour guide. What started as a curiosity about the rich culture of China, combined with his own... personal battle with an autoimmune disease during his high school years, led Mark to explore a more holistic approach to health—through the power of tea. His exploration into the world of tea began that year and has grown into a deep passion for sharing the healing benefits and unique experiences tea offers to thousands of satisfied tea enthusiasts worldwide. Mark's profound connection to tea solidified during his time as a guide in China. While leading a trekking group up Yellow Mountain in Anhui Province, he found himself separated from the group in the dense mist. Stranded between two towering peaks, Mark paused to reflect. It was in this tranquil moment that his fascination with the resilient tea plant began, sparking a lifelong journey into the world of tea that continues to thrive today.
